BLESSINGS TO THOSE BECOMING RICH IN CHRIST,

We have all had times where we wanted to become rich, and some of us still

fantasize about winning the lottery. In our society being poor is evidence of not working hard enough, or evidence of gross mismanagement of funds.

For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that you by his poverty might become rich.

The sharecroppers to the south of our farm would be in that category that the world calls poor with their little rental home of one bedroom and not the best of clothing in tough times, and yet they shared what they had with us, and few will experience the joy they had when they brought in the Harvest.
