If you have ever been around lawyers, you probably have noticed that

one of our favorite pastimes is to punch holes in the opposition's “theory of the case” which involves LAW & FACTS and in the vast majority of cases means to attack what the opposition claims are the facts.   What I have noticed over forty years of law practice is that when all the witnesses tell the exact same story it is likely that it is a made up story. 

Everyone notices a different part of the facts from their point of view, and when you put the stories together there is only one likely factual event.  Even more so when you have “hands on” evidence.

That's resulted in Brethren for centuries saying, “He has risen indeed.” 

Personally, I get a little more excited, “HE'S ALIVE!!!!”
