BLESSINGS TO THE FLOCK KNOWING WE DO NOT STAND ALONE,

We can talk about giving love to others, but it is extremely difficult to look beyond ourselves, especially if we have experienced rejection by those around us.

In the 60s, I saw this cartoon advertisement where this rancher was tearing down his barns and building new ones and found a trespasser on his land and told his hired hands to “string him up”.

In the cartoon, the rancher was having a dream that night that he was captured by other cowboys and he heard “string him up”. 

 A Light shined down from the sky and there was a Voice, “No, forgive him.”

When The Almighty has seen the worst of us, and still comes to save us, we find ourselves compelled to run to Life.
