BLESSINGS TO HIS FLOCK TAKING COMMUNION TOGETHER,
In recent times I have seen what I would call the “traditions of men”.
Maybe we do not understand all that is happening when we take communion together, but for many this act of obedience is done in the love of our Saviour.

…18For I tell you that I will not drink of the fruit of the vine from now on until the kingdom of God comes.” 19And He took the bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is My body, given for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” 20In the same way, after supper He took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is poured out for you.… Luke 22
When men decide who will and who will not receive commune, we are then standing as a barrier between The Lord and a person seeking to embrace HIM.
