BLESSINGS TO THOSE KNOWING THEY CAN'T MAKE IT ALONE,
I knew Kenny when I was in Jr. High and briefly in high school. Kenny had been born with a form of cerebral palsy and he was often the butt of jokes around school. Many people did not think Kenny was bright, but personally all I ever heard from him was kindness and love. I would have been his friend, but I was too interested in being popular with other classmates. I am sure Kenny must have complained like we all do, but I never saw him do any complaining.
Usually all I saw with Kenny was just laughter or a smile that said I'll be your friend. Heard later that Kenny went on to live in a special housing project where he could also work.
