Blessings while the Snow Falls with Grace upon us,
Over the years I have heard people and myself say we are praying for someone's salvation.
Thus says the LORD, your Redeemer, And He who formed you from the womb: “I am the LORD, who makes all things, Who stretches out the heavens all alone, Who spreads abroad the earth by Myself; Isa. 44:24 NKJV
Too often in my own life, I have thought that it must have been something I said that pointed the person to the Good Shepherd.
Actually, if we are to have any partnership in the Lord's work, we need to first find ourselves in Christ, and not be arguing for someone's conversion to our own personal way of thinking.
Over the years, I have referred to this as the stack of manure, which says if you are going to come to Christ you must come through my stack of manure and requirements.
