BLESSINGS TO THOSE FOLLOWING THE GOOD SHEPHERD,
Sometimes it is easier to follow the path set out before us, and then there come times when the way becomes extremely difficult. There are times we believe there are no choices and others will be making the choices for us. Recently my own fluttering heart has resulted in ER to hospital visit and O2 as low as 78 up 14 stairs and pulse as low as 37-40. Saw Nurse today and he was helpful and got a PA pulled in that asks about chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath. None of the symptoms were noticed except the 78 O2 after 14 stairs at 8311 altitude. Some medical experts say should consider staying at lower altitude and other drs. said your readings on the
are not reliable when heart is in flutter.
So tonight we are in the mtn home, but Tuesday morning is something not known. I think we can all agree when age or disability dictates where we will be, almost all of us have a sense of rebellion in the body. We want to go our way.
Which brings us to Peter and the road the Master had assured Peter would come.
Jesus Reinstates Peter
…17Jesus asked a third time, “Simon son of John, do you love Me?” Peter was deeply hurt that Jesus had asked him a third time, “Do you love Me?” “Lord, You know all things,” he replied. “You know I love You.” Jesus said to him, “Feed My sheep. 18Truly, truly, I tell you, when you were young, you dressed yourself and walked where you wanted; but when you are old, you will stretch out your hands, and someone else will dress you and lead you where you do not want to go.” 19Jesus said this to indicate the kind of death by which Peter would glorify God. And after He had said this, He told him, “Follow Me.”… John 21:17-19

Peter who had been the closet and saw the Saviour led off to be crucified, had a very good understanding in my book of what Yeshua (Jesus) was telling him, and was reassured in the all knowing God's command to “Follow me.”
Counting it all joy IN THE BEST POSITION TO SEE HIS COMING,
