For the early half of my life here on earth, I spent way too much time trying to struggle to get ahead.  This even becomes more difficult when we let others around us define what getting ahead means.  I had friends of mine in the law biz that were saying they got their best work done at between 1-2 a.m.

It took years for me to see that working hard doesn't always mean we are accomplishing anything.

If we are worrying about everything, and not focused on the Good, soon we can start finding ourselves taking a lot of notes on things we need to do in the middle of the night, and never finding true REST.  I started doing what I advised my clients to do that were not getting rest, “Read Psalms.”
